Wabi Sabi is a Japanese philosophy that finds beauty in imperfection, impermanence and simplicity.

One of the projects I have been working on over recent years is to photograph flowers once they have died. Sometimes they bend and create the most beautiful shapes and forms, imperfect, impermanent and simple.

My photographs attempt to depict these shapes and forms.
